Political Guyentist — POLI — is a single-owner nightly political brief. It is built for people who want to know what actually matters, from all sides, without living on social media or reading five outlets to triangulate one story. Each issue is one page a day: a short list of the biggest stories, written as dry facts, followed by visible Red and Blue steelman perspectives.

A pipeline ingests signals from major news outlets, RSS feeds, and a curated set of X/Twitter accounts. It clusters related items, ranks them by importance, and drafts a neutral body plus Red and Blue takes. Nothing publishes automatically. The owner reviews every candidate, approves the final line-up, and can rewrite any headline, body, or perspective before it goes live. Editor notes are the human layer — clearly marked and always visible by default.

Red is the strongest honest conservative/Republican reading. Blue is the strongest honest Democratic/liberal reading. They are steelman arguments, not slogans or party talking points. The default page is the neutral factual body; toggling Red or Blue adds that lens without replacing the facts.

Stories are sourced from mainstream outlets, wire services, official government releases, and primary documents. When X posts or commentary point to a real story, the pipeline resolves the original link and cites it, not the X thread. Claims are flagged by confidence level during review so weak or single-source items stand out.
