The Supreme Court cleared Missouri to use its 2022 map for the November election, keeping a 6-2 Republican advantage. Missouri ran its August primary under the 2025 lines drawn to favor Republicans in seven districts — so the restored map can put November voters in different districts than the ones they voted in weeks earlier, which is the confusion county officials are warning about.
