Colombia drug-plane shootdown aid renewed

Pres Donald Trump (Pres-R FL) renewed U.S. drug interdiction aid to Colombia, a yearly determination required by 22 U.S.C. 2291-4 that calls drug flights an extraordinary threat to Colombia's security. It also certifies that Colombian forces have steps to guard against innocent deaths.
