ACLU asks the Supreme Court to strike Texas's Ten Commandments classroom law

The ACLU asked the Supreme Court on Monday to hear its challenge to the Texas law requiring public school classrooms to post the Ten Commandments, representing parents from several different faiths. The justices have not decided whether to take the case.
