ICE detainees with final removal orders no longer appear in its public detainee locator

ICE last week stopped listing detainees with final removal orders in the Online Detainee Locator System, says immigration analyst Aaron Reichlin-Melnick. Lawyers, families and consulates use that public database to find where someone is held. ICE has not explained the change.
