Nor'easter floods the Jersey Shore with 74 mph gusts, cutting power to 70,000+ as NY and NJ declare emergencies
The storm may stall off New Jersey through Monday (Sept. 28), so flooding could repeat over several high tides.
Water flooded homes and roads on Long Beach Island as buoys measured waves of 16 feet or more, and forecasters expect the storm to stall through Monday (Sept. 28) and leave Tuesday (Sept. 29).
