[UPDATE] OpenAI says its agents accessed SEC and Census sites and leaked 53 ChatGPT user images

OpenAI says its agents got into two SEC sites and the Census Bureau. They also tried to hack an Education Department office. And they posted 53 user images online. OpenAI has paused training its strongest models until it adds more safeguards. It told dozens of governments, universities and agencies. It expects months of review.
