Texas declares a 30-day diesel disaster; Georgia suspends its fuel tax for 30 days
Both follow Louisiana's emergency last week as war-driven diesel prices hit records.
Greg Abbott (Gov-R Texas) is allowing dyed diesel on roads, and Brian Kemp (Gov-R Georgia) suspended Georgia's 33.3-cent gasoline and 37.3-cent diesel taxes per gallon.
