Two Israeli strikes Monday, Sept. 7, on the Lebanese village of Kfar Rumman killed 12 people, Lebanese authorities said. Eleven died in a residential building, including two children and four women; a paramedic was killed in a vehicle. Seven more died in southern Lebanon the day before.
