An unvaccinated 40-year-old woman died of measles complications in Pennsylvania on Saturday, Sept. 12, Jefferson County Coroner Greg Furlong said — the state's third measles death this year and its first adult, after two infant deaths. Pennsylvania has confirmed 676 cases across 37 counties with 124 hospitalized; the national count passed 3,000, the most since 1991.
