Kaptur hurt in hit-and-run

Marcy Kaptur (Rep-D Ohio) was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run driver struck the vehicle carrying her to a Sunday church service in Toledo. Her spokesperson said she was alert and receiving treatment.
