Reflecting pool charges dropped

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro dropped charges against Olympian David Hearn and at least three others after evidence attributed damage at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to a faulty installation rather than vandalism. President Donald Trump criticized the decision, saying Pirro “choked” and “folded like an umbrella.”
