Two states are now fighting in court over one man in a Texas jail cell.
Minnesota sued Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Aug. 18 over his refusal to return an ICE officer who is charged in the on-duty shooting of a Venezuelan man in Minneapolis this year. The officer is being held in a Texas jail.
