Russia attacks nine Ukrainian cities, killing 2 and wounding at least 14

Russia’s Defense Ministry supplied the nine-city figure; Ukrainian officials supplied the casualties. A 78-year-old woman was killed in Zaporizhzhia and another person in Kharkiv. Officials reported damage to homes, schools, a medical facility, a grain elevator and port infrastructure in Kyiv, Odesa and other regions.
