Trump says the U.S. position on the Falkland Islands is under review

Trump said the U.S. position on the Falkland Islands, claimed by both Britain and Argentina, is under review, calling it one of many positions he reviews. He gave no other reason. The current U.S. stance takes no position on ultimate sovereignty while recognizing British administration of the islands, which Britain has run almost continuously since 1833.
