DOJ shifts its civil rights election monitors to hunting voter fraud, and wants 1,000 of them

Civil Rights Division head Harmeet Dhillon is seeking roughly 1,000 monitors for the midterms, a scale the division has never reached, and fraud has not previously been part of its monitoring mandate.
