Mahmoud Khalil sues Columbia alleging deliberate indifference to anti-Palestinian harassment

The Title VI suit was filed Monday, Sept. 14 in Manhattan federal court. It says Columbia's inaction led to members being doxed — and to Khalil's 104-day detention in Louisiana after ICE arrested him in March 2025.
