About 80 settlers descended on the grove, per Reuters witnesses cited by NBC News.
Injuries are disputed: a local official told the BBC 12 Palestinians were hurt, four of them Palestinian-Americans; Palestinian medics told NBC 2 went to the hospital.
NBC counts 170+ settler attacks in the West Bank since Sept. 27.
