Agents found a rifle, 190 rounds, and 30 knives outside a sporting goods store.
DOJ charged Jonathan Hunter Kramer on Sunday, Sept. 13 with taking a firearm for an act of terror.
- State police charged Kramer in 2023 over an earlier mass shooting plot.
- This is the second ISIS plot stopped in the country since August 2026.
