AP-NORC poll: 26% approve of Trump on the economy, a new low; 17% on cost of living

65% of adults blame Trump's policies more than outside factors for high costs, and CNN finds about 8 in 10 Americans disapprove of his handling of inflation.

• Gas worry: about half are highly concerned about affording gas, up from 39% in July
