Judge rules Trump can't fire court-appointed Seattle U.S. attorney, reinstates Roger Rogoff
First court win for a judge-appointed prosecutor the administration ousted.
U.S. District Judge Stanley Bastian refused to pause his ruling reinstating Rogoff, whom Trump fired within an hour of his July 15 swearing-in, and DOJ says it will appeal and seek a stay.
