Feds charge Washington man with aiding Canada's Tumbler Ridge school shooter, who killed 8
The charge is conspiracy to murder persons in a foreign country.
Prosecutors allege James Cody Bryant, 30, of Bellingham, Wash gave the shooter advice and money, offered to livestream the Feb. 10 attack, and never alerted police.
