Houthi strike damages 3 floors of Aramco's Dhahran headquarters, including executive offices; no casualties
Donald Trump says he is weighing whether the U.S. should join Saudi strikes on the Houthis.
Iran-backed Houthi forces struck Saudi oil giant Aramco's headquarters in Dhahran on Wednesday, officials told PBS. The Saudi-led coalition said it shot down 7 weapons aimed at Riyadh the same day: 2 drones, 4 cruise missiles and 1 ballistic missile. Debris hurt one person there.
Also from the strike:
- Saudi Arabia's energy ministry described only a 'limited fire' at the Aramco building. That is a smaller account than the officials' report of 3 damaged floors.
- The coalition said it also stopped drones and missiles aimed at Dhahran and Al-Kharj, though the Aramco building in Dhahran was still hit.
- Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree told workers at Saudi airports and companies to 'evacuate them immediately, as they have become legitimate targets.'
