Rezaei also threatened regional undersea cables, data centers and AI facilities if heavy fighting resumes.

Rezaei, head of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (the body that sets Iran's war and security policy), said Sunday, Oct. 11, that the U.S. had accepted some of Iran's conditions but had to clarify others, and that Tehran was no longer responding.

The threat. If intense fighting resumes, Rezaei said, Iran could hit regional undersea cables, data centers, AI facilities and other sites.

Still open. Rezaei did not say which conditions the U.S. accepted or which remain unclear.
